Andrew Beeman or Andy was raised as an Army brat but has lived in the Tampa/Valrico area since 1980. A blessed husband to a wonderful wife and 3 crazy kids. He has worked in the mortgage industry since 2001 and as a realtor since 2015. His knowledge and experience from working on both sides gives him a big edge when dealing with unusual situations in a real estate transaction. Raised by a mother and father with 8 siblings, family and home is a huge part of what he is. He loves to help his clients find home.
